DHIFI works with companies of all sizes to offer proven successful Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) presentations and programming (“Flaunt It programs”) for employees and, if desired, their families. The DEIB Flaunt It programs advance understanding and respect for employees’ visible and invisible differences and contribute to a culture of acceptance in the workplace.
DHIFI is also a key resource that provides programming to Employee Resource Groups.
DHIFI’s DEIB programs can be customized to meet business and/or corporate foundation priorities and objectives, and presentations can be simulcast to multiple corporate locations. Flaunt It programs are available in person or virtually.
100% of fees from Corporate DEIB programs are used to support DHIFI’s SEL and empathy-building programs for kids and teens.
Sample DEIB Programming includes:
Presentation by DHIFI Founder and President Meg Zucker. Topics include “Acceptance in the Workplace: How To Approach Someone Who is Different” and “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Finding Your Dignity & Embracing Your Superpower”. Learn more about Meg’s speaking engagements here.
Take Your Kids To Work Day “Flaunt It” Program. Collaboration with Human Resources (or equivalent) to provide employees’ children with social-emotional learning and empathy-building content and activities.
DHIFI-moderated “Celebrity Panel” Discussion. Senior management personnel act as role models in celebrating diversity by sharing their personal and/or their families’ visible and invisible differences. Supports culture of inclusion and acceptance through top-down approach.
DHIFI-moderated Employee Support Panels and Webinars. Past topics have included “From Shame to Shine: Helping Parents Empower Their Children While Teaching Empathy To All”, “How To Approach Someone Who Is Different” and “What Tools Do Kids Need Now? Supporting and Empowering our Children”
Community Service / Employee Engagement Opportunities. DHIFI develops a program to provide employees the opportunity to spread DHIFI’s message of celebrating differences by acting as facilitators for our educational programs such as Kids Flaunt and Project Flaunt and community programs such as program at Boys & Girls Clubs.
Leadership Training. DEIB presentations and programming can provide inclusion training to leaders of corporate organizations.

DHIFI came to Celgene’s annual Bring Your Child to Work Day, and Meg delivered one of the best sessions of the day. Meg and her team developed a customized presentation and workshop that fit our audience and time. Her presentation was engaging, and the children had the chance for hands-on participation to embrace the message of DHIFI. Participants let me know how much they enjoyed her workshop, and Meg’s impact was so great that we rehired her soon after to be a keynote speaker for one of our employee events. We all need more of these opportunities to learn how to express, appreciate, understand, and leverage our differences.
